Shayne Ariefdien, completed her physiotherapy degree at The University of the Western Cape in 2022.

Shayne joined Leicher, Speechly, Davidson & Partners Physiotherapy in April 2025 and practices at both the Rosebank and Linksfield branches.

Her knowledge within sports medicine, expertly addresses sports related injuries and optimises performance through targeted rehabilitation programmes; whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to prevent future setbacks, her skilful intervention focuses on safe, effective healing and long-term wellness.

She understands the physical and emotional challenges faced by patience and provides a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust. This holistic approach fast as motivation and confidence throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Shane has a keen interest in the treatment, management and rehabilitation of Sports and Orthopaedic related injuries as well as post-surgical management.

As part of here balanced lifestyle she enjoys strength and conditioning training.
